Welcome to Rewell Emotion Fitness. By using our website, services, and facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership & Personal Training

Membership & personal training is subject to approval by Motion Fitness Studios.

Member/client must be at least 16 years old.

Membership & personal training fees, types, and benefits may vary and are subject to change.

2. Rules and Regulations

Members/clients must comply with all gym rules, policies, and guidelines, including safety instructions and proper equipment use.

Motion Fitness Studios reserves the right to refuse access or terminate memberships or personal trainings for any breach of these terms.

3. Liability Waiver

Members/clients assume all risk of personal injury, death, or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care.

4. Payment and Fees

Members/clients agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes for their selected membership/training type.

5. Cancellation/membership freeze Policy

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled personal training session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client.

Each personal training session shall be 1 hour in length. Sessions will not be extended (unless time is available) due to the lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client.

You are not allowed to freeze your membership if it is valid for 4 weeks only. 3 or 6 or 12 months, you are allowed to freeze ⅓ of your membership.

6. Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information collected will be managed according to the Motion Fitness Studios Privacy Policy.

Motion Fitness Studios may use personal information for marketing purposes, subject to applicable laws.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Motion Fitness Studios reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

8. Miscellaneous

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect
